The Secretariat-General for Government Modernization (SGMAP) initiated this first edition of the Public Innovation Week, while the 27th Region coordinated the local events as part of the program RE•ACTEUR PUBLIC. Around 30 events were hosted in 23 cities, gathering more than 1500 participants.
This week was an opportunity to bring concrete achievements into focus, but above all, to show initiatives mobilizing the full range of disciplines involved in the field of public innovation, from design to ethnology and social innovation, from participatory architecture to urban intervention.
This Public Innovation Week also allowed new synergies and the emergence and structuring of local eco-systems. A first step in the creation and promotion of a professional community that we carry through RE•ACTEUR PUBLIC.
The inauguration of Superpublic on November 12 was a high point of this week : more than 200 people have come and visited the place that night, with curiosity, kindness and desire to change.
